Every new resident goes through a complete admission and registration process. Full details are recorded at the time of joining.

Book Your Room Online

Fee is controlled by admin. Residents can book online, get room allocation automatically, and view payment tracking. Staff records now use advance salary instead of deposit.

Member Login

Password recovery uses the saved phone number of that People Hub ID and a browser OTP demo flow.
Each person can only see their own People Hub after correct login.

Monthly fee alert appears on 1st and 2nd date for residents. Staff can view salary and holiday information inside their own ID.

Staff Section

Staff ID Benefits

Every staff member receives an individual ID with salary, advance salary, holidays, paid holiday percentage, status, and private admin comment visibility.

No Resident Fee for Staff

Staff IDs do not carry hostel resident fee fields. Staff records focus on salary, attendance support, and holiday benefits.

5% Paid Holidays

By default, staff records include a 5% paid holiday policy field, editable by admin when needed.

Simple Password Reset Steps

  1. Open Executive Panel with the allowed executive number and password.
  2. Click Edit on the person record.
  3. Type a new password in the Password field.
  4. Click Save Changes.
  5. Tell the person their new password.
If someone forgets login details, Executive can change the password in these simple steps.
